FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions | Rugby Box Office
How will the tickets be delivered?
Tickets for Rugby Box Office matches are delivered as e-tickets by email, mobile tickets via a dedicated app, or hardcopy tickets by FedEx. Please note the delivery method may change prior to the event at the discretion of the event organiser.
When will I receive my tickets?
E-tickets are delivered approximately 1–7 days before the match. Hardcopy tickets are dispatched much earlier. If you are travelling to the event in advance, we can arrange delivery to your travel destination.
If I order multiple tickets, are the seats guaranteed to be next to each other?
Rugby Box Office guarantees that two tickets will be seated next to each other. For orders of more than two tickets, we always do our best to seat everyone together. If this is not possible, seats are allocated in pairs so that no one sits alone.
What is my place in the stadium?
The seating plan on the product page gives a clear indication of your area in the stadium. Exact seat numbers cannot be confirmed at the time of ordering, but your seating category is guaranteed.
What if I lose my ticket?
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Once tickets have been delivered, they are your responsibility. Please store them securely.
Why is there a different name on my tickets?
Rugby Box Office resells tickets sourced through a large network of suppliers. The name on the ticket belongs to the original purchaser and must remain unchanged for the ticket to remain valid. Each ticket carries a unique barcode that guarantees its validity regardless of the name printed on it.
Are VIP or hospitality packages available?
Yes. In addition to standard ticket categories, Rugby Box Office offers hospitality and VIP packages for selected matches. Contact us at [email protected] to enquire about availability.
Do children receive a discount on rugby tickets?
Children do not receive a discount on rugby tickets unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular event.
Are the prices shown per person?
Yes, all prices on the Rugby Box Office website are per ticket (per person).
Why is the price on my ticket lower than what I paid?
As a reseller, Rugby Box Office prices reflect market demand, ticket availability and delivery costs. The face value printed on the ticket is the original price set by the event organiser, which may differ from the resale price you paid.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are possible subject to our cancellation policy set out in Article 11 of our Terms and Conditions. Please read the policy carefully before requesting a cancellation. To cancel, contact our customer support team by email.
What payment options are available?
You can pay securely on the Rugby Box Office website via iDEAL, Credit Card or PayPal. Bank transfer payment by invoice is also available on request — please contact our support team.
What is the RBO Guarantee?
The RBO Guarantee gives you 14 days of free cancellation after the official fixture announcement for pre-booked matches. This means you can secure your tickets at early-bird prices before the schedule is confirmed, with full peace of mind that you can cancel free of charge if the details do not suit you once announced.
