Can I choose my seat location?

Rugby Box Office provides seating options based on zone selection. Seat assignments will be finalized closer to the event and are subject to the team's discretion. Please be assured that we will make every effort to provide the best available seats within the chosen category.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be dispatched nearer to the event date. Typically, our aim is to deliver tickets within 1-7 days preceding the match. Occasionally, if available earlier, we will certainly send them out sooner. 

Can I buy tickets as a gift?

Due to the potentially lengthy delivery time, it may seem challenging to purchase tickets as a gift. However, we've got you covered: if you notify us about the gift intended for a friend or loved one, we will issue a gift card for you to present to the recipient. This allows you to give something tangible to your loved ones. This service is provided at no extra cost. 

Will my seats be together?

We can guarantee seating in pairs. That means that you will be at least grouped in groups of 2. In case you have booked an odd amount of tickets we will always ensure that the third person will be located close (same block, few rows difference, as close as possible). We will be most likely able to get 3 or 4 seats together as well, but there are no guarantees for this.
