Ticket Delivery — Rugby Box Office All tickets sold by Rugby Box Office are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical tickets. How you receive your tickets Tickets are delivered as a mobile ticket via a dedicated app (such as the official tournament or venue app), or as an e-ticket by email in PDF format. The delivery method depends on the event organiser and is confirmed closer to the event date. When you receive your tickets Tickets are typically delivered 1–7 days before the match. In some cases, delivery may take place earlier if tickets are released ahead of schedule. If you are travelling to the event city before the match date, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange early delivery. Pre-booking products For products booked before the official fixture schedule is announced, tickets are delivered once the event is confirmed and our allocation is released. All pre-bookings are covered by the RBO Guarantee: you have 14 days to cancel free of charge after the official fixture announcement. No questions asked. International customers We deliver to customers worldwide. There are no shipping fees — digital ticket delivery is always included in the ticket price.
