Cancellation & Refund Policy — Rugby Box Office RBO Guarantee — pre-booking products All products booked before the official fixture schedule is confirmed are covered by the RBO Guarantee. After the official announcement, you have 14 days to cancel your order free of charge and receive a full refund. No questions asked. The RBO Guarantee is stated on every applicable product page. Standard cancellations Outside of the RBO Guarantee window, cancellations are handled in accordance with Article 11 of our Terms and Conditions. In general: - Orders cancelled more than 60 days before the event: full refund minus a processing fee of 10%. - Orders cancelled between 30 and 60 days before the event: 50% refund. - Orders cancelled less than 30 days before the event: no refund. Event cancellations If an event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund. If an event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, contact us and we will review your case. Non-refundable situations - Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets after delivery. - Tickets refused entry due to the holder's behaviour at the venue. - Failure to attend the event. Refund processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
